Our Terms of Service

§1 Groups that want to enter the club without having made a reservation will not be admitted if the club is overcrowded. If the club has not reached its capacity, groups can also register on location.

§2 Cancellation fees:

• The amount is based upon the booked number of students.
• 50% – from 7th day prior to the event
• 100% – from 1 day prior to the event or in case of non-appearance

§3 Cancellations must be made in writing.

§4 We reserve the right to make changes at any time that affect the quality of the club stay and to cancel event dates if the number of participants is low.

§5 Groups who have registered directly with D light pay the entrance fee in cash on site. The basis for calculation is the number of students booked.
