Rules during the pandemic

Until further notice, the following basic requirements apply to visit our event

At least 3 weeks before the booked event

For safe planning of the event, we need a list of participants with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address
  • Mobil number (mandatory of adults, optional for adolescents)
  • Status of vaccination including the date, from when the full vaccination protection applies
  • Status of convalescents including the date, until when this status will be valid
  • Signature of the teacher, who confirms the accuracy of the information

On the evening of the event

  • All group members participating in the event have to bring along:
  • The previously submitted list of participants must be brought to the event in the original with the signature of the accompanying teacher. This list has to be updated in the case that someone could not start the journey at short notice. The lists will be destroyed no later than 8 weeks after the event.
  • The proofs of complete vaccination protection or convalescent will be randomly checked.
